Re: WANTED Eye Catching Stallions
A few creams, oh man! Ya, I'd be very much interested if you don't mean to use him, and I'm also rubbish at colors .. hah, $1, you wishWeaving wrote:I've produced a few that I have released, I think I have one kicking around somewhere... Are you interested? He's not getting any use with me. Will find him and link him, one second... Here he is DannesI'm a bit rubbish at colours but I'm pretty sure he's double cream. I can sell him to you for a token of $1 if you'd like?

Btw, I can see you've managed to make a Selle Francais, congratulations! (insert party emoji)

Re: WANTED Eye Catching Stallions
Footnote to description of not-quite-Hackney stallion:
I apologize for the "color carrier". Just What I Wanted is a very dark chestnut (not always easy to see the difference, but neither black nor bay nor brown). If mated with a Cremello mare, he will produce a Palomino. What I meant was that the inheritance is ee with no E or Agouti genes.

Re: WANTED Eye Catching Stallions
Just to clarify: is this you buying stallions or you breeding to stallions? I see people selling above, but this is the Stallions at Stud page hence my confusion. I'd prefer to just put this guy up for stud HOWEVER if he fits your criteria well enough and you want to buy him I'd happily sell him to you (I'm trying to get over my horse hoarding so I can actually focus on my breeding project, lol).

- A generally pleasing appearance >> Matter of opinion, I think his neck is slightly long but otherwise I think he's decent.
- An even conformation with neither an upward or downward sloping build* >> I think it's pretty even? Or at least close to the picture you provided?
- A well proportioned head, not too concave
- A not too heavy build >> Light build, has 54.5% body size though, which may be too heavy?
- A long full tail >> Not sure if his hair is done growing. Regardless, he has a thick tail if not long.
- A short mane >> Maybe? Is kinda medium length, I'm not sure if his hair is done growing.
- No white markings
- A height of between 15.0hh to 18.0hh >> 15.3 hh
- Metallic colouring >> Nope, sorry.
- A decent breeder's report >> It's okay, nothing special though.
- Mixed heritage >> Part NAB × Arab

Re: WANTED Eye Catching Stallions
It is indeed just to breed, but I happened to have one I thought Qim would like so it kinda spiralled off topic haha! I think I've more or less got the sort of look I'm going for now. Just trying to breed in some good breeder's reports! So yeah I probably wont grab a breeding, but your boy is beautiful nonetheless!Andraste wrote:.

Re: FOUND Eye Catching Stallions
Twas my bad, sorry; I'll make a better effort keeping to the actual topic in future

Re: FOUND Eye Catching Stallions
Hey! He is really very beautiful but I *think* I'm done with the beauty part of this project now, however if my horses do start getting ugly is it alright if I quote you here for a breeding? How much were you thinking?Sypherthrax wrote:.

Re: FOUND Eye Catching Stallions
Sure thing, how about a simple $1000? I will be training him in this account for a while.
