My best guess would be a Dunskin Varnish Roan. It has snowflakes and a spotted pattern as well, but I don't know if there's enough of the spotted pattern on the rump to count as a spotted blanket.

As there are no foal pictures, from before the varnish had completely changed the colour, it's hard to say for sure, but, as both parents seem to be chestnut based, my best guess is a palomino or dunalino varnish blanket. More likely dunalino (chestnut + one cream + dun).
