Horse breed honor roll

So, I decided that we need to show more gratitude towards horse breeds so here's my idea:
Every month there will be a nomination: Users will nominate a horse breed (that horse breed can be nominated many times) and after 2 days I will put all the horse breeds in a random name generator. I will pick 5 breeds and add them to a forum named 'Horse Gratitude Newspaper' and during that month anyone can write what they like about one of the horse breeds. To nominate a horse all you need to do is fill out this form:

Username (so you don't enter twice):
Horse breed you are nominating
Feedback on this forum:

You are now done! Once a breed is chosen I will not add them to the random name generator at the end of the month
