General Training Info for No Surrender Acres:

1. (stamina & speed) = n.a.c. ---> trail + gallop + 20 min. ---> until stamina @ least @ 20%
2. (movement) = raised cavaletti: 4th a. ---> arena + trot + 30 min. ---> until 10% energy is left w/ a. 
3. (intelligence) = lunge over jumps: 7th a. ---> trail + walk + 30 min. ---> until intelligence is @ least 47.3% (can go a little higher) 
4. (strength) = pull a cart: 9th a. ---> hills + walk + 30 min. ---> until strength is @ least 53.1%

5. Usually go back to movement (2). Stop when it's about 37% (or slightly more).

6. Then usually go back to intelligence (4). Just make sure the bar is pretty far along (about 75%). 

7. (speed) = n.a.c. ---> track + gallop + 30 min. ---> until speed bar is about even w/ strength & intelligence 
8. (agility) = bending and serpentines ---> arena + canter + 30 min. ---> try to get it slightly more or less than speed (72%-77%)

9. Just use instinct @ this point. Keep progressing and leveling all the bars, but tempo, agility, and balance will most likely take care of themselves. Be careful with stamina.

*** More stamina training here may help ---> n.a.c. ---> arena, walk, 30 min., stop whenever (55% or higher, preferably)
