She's bay, but instead of roan, she's grey. Grey on Bay.
Bay Roan looks like this, with the paling out only on their body, not their head and legs as well. Grey will eventually fade more until it covers their entire body.

I'm not sure there's a specific term for grey on bay like with a strawberry roan, because rose grey is chestnut and grey, not bay and grey. I think you'd just call it grey on bay or some variant of that?
