My stats are as follows:
Basic training bonus= 7.50%
Balance training bonus= 4.50%
Movement training bonus= 6.00%
Stamina training bonus= 7.50%
Tempo training bonus= 4.50%
Training intensity reduction= -20.00%
Agility training bonus= 4.50%
Intelligence training bonus= 4.50%
Speed training bonus= 3.00%
strength training bonus= 4.50%
These are still increasing as I continue to upgrade the training bonuses
