"is that really a shetland?" you might ask. to which I say, yes. from ONLY AC shetland stock, because I hate myself. he is over 16hh and might reach 17. he is for my steeple program. he is absurd. he is not tested yet. I really hope he outperforms his sire.

Fantastic! I've always been so impressed with what you've done with your program. When I first heard of it, I found it hard to believe and ended up tracing one of your horse's lineages back to your foundation horses to sate my curiosity. Totally blows my mind that you got such a different horse without out crossing!
I admire the diligence (and self-proclaimed masochism) you have shown that have created the least-shetland shetlands that ever shetlanded. They're beautiful and I applaud you!

For the first while I was just selecting for body size and type and trying to increase GP. I've finally reached a point where I don't really have to worry about body size and can mostly focus on stats (which is also taking forever). Sometimes I wish I picked something their natural body type was more suited for... eyes dressage
