thank you lol. man, pang and cream look similar in a bay coat

Re: Forest Horse Question
- Cream on bay will always be a rather golden sheenForestFriesianRS wrote:thank you lol. man, pang and cream look similar in a bay coat
- Dun tends to look greyish at most and pretty smooth - the spine, leg markings and cheek+forehead fading is rather obvious when you know to look for it,
- Cream+Dun is a very pale ivory-like color
and
- pangaré just looks like someone glued sand on your poor horse xD
have a look in my pastures if you want to compare the different expressions; my tarps and exmoors cover pretty much all bay, dun, pangare and cr combinations

Found this little mare in the AC today.
I'm perplexed by her dunning, shading, and overall color in general.
I know she's red dun, but why is she so interestingly colored lol?

Re: Forest Horse Question
A mixture of her base shade, dun, pangare, and sooty. It's a fairly common coloring for Forests.ForestFriesianRS wrote:https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/3541773
