Hello, would it be possible to reactivate my old account? The username is Lomesa.

Re: Reactivate old account
If there is no longer an email attached to it... it might be impossible. If the email is still attached, by asking for a 'new password', you might be able to do so.Wingless Flight wrote:Hello, would it be possible to reactivate my old account? The username is Lomesa.
I've pinged admin to see if it's possible.

Re: Reactivate old account
The email is still attached to the account, but I can't reactivate it myself. It says I've been manually deactivated. I rehomed and aged out my old breeding program and basically just used the account to send old horses from my current account to, back when I kept running out of space.BlackOak2 wrote:...
I can't remember whether I deactivated it myself or if I just tried to log in one day and I couldn't anymore, and just didn't care because I had upgraded my horse capacity enough to not have to send my horses there anymore.
I thought reactivating the account would be better than starting a new once, since I'd be able to skip the tutorial and have a few upgrades already.

You should try the 'forgot password' option then. It'll send an email for that.Wingless Flight wrote:The email is still attached to the account, but I can't reactivate it myself. That would be what I would do.

But you might still need admin aid.
Good Luck!

I've tried changing my password, but it gives me a message saying that my account isn't activated.BlackOak2 wrote:...
Thanks for your suggestions though, you're always so kind and helpful. I'll wait until the admin have time too look into it. I'm not in any kind of hurry. I just want to level up that account for a project in the distant future.

Deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated.

Re: Reactivate old account
That's fine. Would it be possible to remove my email from that account or from your system, because I have no other available email to create an account with.Tom wrote:Deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated.

I think I managed to get your account back. Please check for an activation email.Wingless Flight wrote:That's fine.
