Sure! The lowest i will go is 3.5Million, because he is old, he have Next Secretariat comment and im only giving 2 studding. Is it fine for you?

I can't gurantee but his Foals might be good at,
Harness Racing.
Steeplechasing.
Sprint Racing.
Because his Speed, Stamina and Strength is pretty good.
