Re: Selling a Grinder!
Just so you know, this is not a grinder...NekoCookie wrote:Hello all! This is my first time publicly stating a horse is for sale, so I hope I do this right.
Fiesty Firefly
This fine young stallion is up for grabs, current price is 100k. I do not know if this is too much, as I had sold a grinder before at 50k and was told I should've upped the price. Any advice on pricing is welcomed.

Re: Selling a Grinder!
I'm sorry.. how is he not a grinder? He's fully trained, as most grinders I've seen are.shadowheart2006 wrote:Just so you know, this is not a grinder...

Re: Selling a Grinder!
I wouldn't say he's not a grinder (others may disagree); he just doesn't have all the golden/green stats that most grinders have. Colored stats make it more likely for the grinders to win local competitions, which means that the owner has a better chance at making money and Pony Tokens, and at gaining turns.NekoCookie wrote: I'm sorry.. how is he not a grinder? Oh. I'm sorry, I didn't realize. Back when I was active day and night, horses from the AC were selling as grinders when fully trained. Thank you for informing me of the new change. I'll take him down and rehome him instead then. Again, sorry everyone. I didn't realize.

No, don't rehome him!NekoCookie wrote:Jockey's Holding wrote:I wouldn't say he's not a grinder (others may disagree); he just doesn't have all the golden/green stats that most grinders have. Re: Selling a Grinder!
You can still probably get a decent amount of money (25k-50k) for training him!NekoCookie wrote:Jockey's Holding wrote:I wouldn't say he's not a grinder (others may disagree); he just doesn't have all the golden/green stats that most grinders have. Re: Selling a Grinder!
I'll have to think on it however, knowing now that he's not a grinder kind of bummed the excitement out of fully training him. Thank you though, really. I do appreciate how helpful this community is.Jockey's Holding wrote: You can still probably get a decent amount of money (25k-50k) for training him!

Sorry about that! Take your time before you rehome him though.NekoCookie wrote:I'll have to think on it however, knowing now that he's not a grinder kind of bummed the excitement out of fully training him.
