Try h0rsey, they can do that kind of training but there is a waitlist

If the colts reach breeding age you can use them as studs while you train them. I am willing to pay 100k. Thanks
If you would like, I could take one and train it to 99% in all stats before 4 years (usually, unless I make a mistake). And you don't need to pay me. :)

Of course! Since he is older now, it will probably take me longer to train him. However, he should be done before 6 years for certain.
