I have been trying to get profile pics as well and farm logos and it won’t let me!

The picture size might be too large, or it might not be the correct kind of file. I've had this happen to me several times.

It has to be 90 pixels by 90 pixels, and I do believe that is too big. You just have to find pictures off the Internet and paste them in. Sometimes they work; most of the time they don't!
