I guess the horse was very very valuable, also he was my best horse: trained, 64 speed, champed with good win%, etc.

How? I'm curious now.

Okay. I'm sad to say that I'm such a cheapskate, I probably wouldn't pay over 500k for that kind of horse, even if I really liked him. Or I'd spend months trying to breed a horse like him (and probably waste more money on stud fees than I would've if I had just bought him outright). That's awesome that it worked out for you though!
