Hello! This is where I will be providing information about the rodeo. As I've mentioned, there will be all western disciplines, and I was thinking about adding bucking broncs for fun! These horses would be untrained and have many reds indicating their "bad behavior". Please let me know what you think about this suggestion. You will all be credited on the rodeo page once everything is worked out. I will be working on editing pictures of ribbons for the winners as well as gathering up a cash award for them. There will also be trained horses to distribute as awards. None of you need to give any money.

The 1st place winners will receive:

1 blue ribbon with their username and horse's name on it (posted on the rewards page)

500k

Free trained horse

2nd place winners will receive:

1 red ribbon with their username and horse's name on it (posted on the rewards page)

100k

The 3rd place winners will receive:

1 white ribbon with their username and horse's name on it (posted on the rewards page)

50k

"Bucking broncs" will be judged on which horse has the worst stats. The winners of the bucking bronc contest will get the same rewards as above. We will all work together to find out which horse is truly the best out of all the entries by voting and/or discussing the subject after entries are closed. I am aiming to close the entries by the end of the month.

Great! Just a few suggestions:
- for the brocs, make sure they are ride able size (so no pony’s )
- Maybe have a youngster show( like when little kids barrel race on pony’s, it’s real cute) so you would judge not only on comp ability, but also the gentleness of the pony.

Those are great suggestions. We could have some barrel racing ponies as long as they're bigger than 15 inches
I'll get to work making the contest page (I'll put the minimum height for broncs as 14 hands so they don't break their backs.)

Idk, maybe random. Orrr.... maybe we could do it based on appearance. Like the wackiest looking horse( ex: outrageously long neck or back, huge ears, etc.) and the winner will win some cash.

Everything sounds good to me (I read through some of the suggestions down lower). Maybe to be able to compete though, the owner of the horse has to have appropriate tack on. That will keep things fair, and it will also make it easier to judge the competition based just on the horse. Now, for the bucking bronc the most they'd have to have on is a martingale or reins, but it might still be a good idea.
