They were not black though and they had lighter legs like most flaxen horses have.

This is one of the halloween horses and you can see it looks different:

This is also the darkest flaxen chestnut I managed to get, and you can still see it is sooty on chestnut.

Thank you, I'm glad to have this clarification. She is an AC ARABIAN (not Turkment) with warm "points" including stockings, and a seal-brown coat.

Meanwhile I bred to RedHair Midnight in the hope of getting his color. Imagine him in the "Bad Horse" costume.

Best wishes,
Scythian :D

He appears as a regular chestnut for me, I can see in his gallery what you mean though

RedHair Midnight

Firstly i thought he was a chestnut with some form of extreme sooty, but maybe he's a glitch?

If you see any other horses like this post them here, and maybe we can all come to some sort of conclusion.
Here's what I would say... This is probably a coloring thing... because he is now a plain Chestnut... it is possible he changed from that color to chestnut... but it also could be a photo glitch... however this is a real (very rare) coloring in IRL and i believe it is possible in HWO... I have bred a horse IRL that came out with this color but because a chestnut in her third year.... so we might never know if that is his color... :)

When I click over to the horse's page he's chestnut, not black. Sorry, but its a glitch :-)
