Possible bug? i have no clue
this horse isn't my horse, but i saw him on the stud page and thought he was really unusual, so here i am
RedHair Midnight
Firstly i thought he was a chestnut with some form of extreme sooty, but maybe he's a glitch?
If you see any other horses like this post them here, and maybe we can all come to some sort of conclusion.

Oh wow I love him!
I want to say it's some sort of extreme flaxen?

Re: Possible bug? i have no clue
Unfortunately, i think it's a glitch. Have a look at him

Re: Possible bug? i have no clue
I haven't seen any horses here with this colouring but I do know they exist in real live. It's a silver dapple
usually the mane and tail are white or a light brown but a red mane and tail are also possible!

huh well i guess it's not a glitch then, it just an unusual coloring

Re: Possible bug? i have no clue
Just wanted to say that I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but it can't be silver dapple as AC Turkmenes do not carry the silver gene. I'm inclined to think it's a glitch due to the horse that Parsnip posted, but I suppose it's possible it's some odd sooty chestnut.Cider Stables wrote: huh well i guess it's not a glitch then, it just an unusual coloring

should i put this on the bugs page then?

Re: Possible bug? i have no clue
hello! this is my second account (i'm cider stables) i was looking around and maybe he's a black liver chestnut? these horses in real life are black almost and can have a red mane and tail this isn't related to silver and so could be carried by turkmenes in the AC.

anyway thank you guys for your help, even though i'm not 100% sure on this color

Re: Possible bug? i have no clue
I would post this on the bugs forum since a very dark chestnut in the game is supposed to look a bit different than this horse. The horse you linked has the colour of a black horse on its body and the mane and tail of a chestnut.Cider Stables wrote: should i put this on the bugs page then?
I don't think the AC turkmenes carry flaxen and they are very rarely sooty, so an extreme sooty flaxen chestnut is highly unlikely so it is probably a glitch in the rendering process.

Re: Possible bug? i have no clue
Early in HWO history, there were some Halloween contest prize horses with red points on dark bodies.
Maybe the special-effect color genes metaphorically lurk in the bit bucket of possible codes, having become part of the HWO pool.
