They do look a lot a like
I am loving the palomino appy's.

Re: Figuring out the Appy patterns (updated)
I should probably have a homozygous for the full body pattern stud up soon. I just have to pick one and let him grow up. Then I'm going to get to work on turning them into full breeds with more colors!

Cool!! I'm currently on the look out for a stud with good pattern to go with my best mare! I almost prefer it to be part Appaloosa or half Appaloosa, but with being in the process of getting them special gnenes it's not a big issue!!

I'm organizing at the moment, but in a couple of minutes, it should be a lot easier to find the stallions I have up for public stud. No actual appaloosa, though, since I was in the process of creating my own paint line before I shuffled them over to my 2nd account.Ms. Trouble Maker wrote:Cool!! I think I decided on this guy for my first (what I believe to be) homozygous stud.

I think he has another year to go though. What do you think would be a good price to set him at?

Hmmm if he was taller I'd say 30,000, But idk 20,000-25,000 maybe. unless you create the first Leopard then I'd say 70,000. lolDayaine wrote:I think I decided on this guy for my first (what I believe to be) homozygous stud.

Re: Figuring out the Appy patterns (updated)
How can you tell if a horse is homozygous for the full white patterns? Sorry I'm still trying to learn all this stuff!
