I just payed to get 600 PT but for some reason I do NOT get the PT... who do I contact to sort this out?

If you didn't get an email receipt, please let them know that too.

I do not have a purchase ID but I do have a transaction ID and an Invoice ID if that is of any help?

Okay, so I was stupid enough to try again using my card instead of PayPal thinking that might help, but same problem so now I have used up 10$ and no PT
