Either the price (game cash) is paid full up front or half before & half after
I would put a horse up for bids & other player would bid
I would then purchase the item by putting the player's name where the red arrow is pointing below
The purchase is nearly instantaneous. Any owing money (if paid half before/after) would be paid up after.
