Grey looks like skeleton

I found a cool stallion in the market today
Skeleton Feet

So I have two questions:
1. Does it look like his feet are greying out like "skeletons" for everyone else, or is it a quirk of my browser?
2. Is it common?

I'm considering trying to breed for his weird greying out, but I already have three-four different projects going on...

I think a lot of them gray out in a similar way, but I think this one is much more pronounced because of the black legs.

It is a nice graying expression.
