Sorry if this has already been asked but, I know we can create our own cross breeds of horse but can any of them get put into a breed directory or become an official breed on the game if enough people want it to be and the cross breed becomes popular?

Yes you'll be able to create a Registry for your new breed so other players can also find and own horses of your new breed.
