hi,i got a very beautifull turkmene stallion from store,

i thought he was very light chestnut, but he also has a darker stripe on his neck
and one of his offsprings, (from flaxen chestnut mare)
is red dun,
so can red dun be so light or my stallion is some kind of sooty red dun with metallic sheen? о_о

Red Dun! If you look closely he has shoulder barrings flank webbing and slight leg barrings! He also has a dorsal strip and back barrings too! Definitely a red dun! His foal is a red dun too.
