White colt with darker cream blanket? Rare?

White colt with darker cream blanket? Rare?

My first guess was Perlino Champange with blanket but I'm not certain. Has anyone else gotten horses like this because this colt is so bright which makes his blanket look dark. Wish he would stay this way. <3

Looks like a regular perlino with a blanket.
