Skills? Traning? HELP!

hi,
any players out there with completed skills, can you please help me out?

I'm working on completing my skills for all kinds of things and am getting annoyed with one question.

I am constantly wondering how much longer do I need to go, till the section in each of the main sections of the different skills, will be completed. In other words, how long does it take to max out on the skills? it seems like forever! iv come to the point where I have to wait many days till one lesson is complete and every time I'm hoping and wondering if its the last one, and it just keeps going higher and higher, more pricier and longer time needed. does anybody know how many "steps" or "chapters" or "levels" or "lessons" there are in each of the sections?
is there a guide or something about this on the forum? like a list or something that has all the different skills and levels/chapters listed with how much time and money is need to complete them? so that we players don't have to keep wondering when will it be completed? I searched and didn't find anything.

It depends on how many player points you have. The maximum time it would take to complete one skill entirely, with no additional player points, (I-III) is about 104 days.
