She seems to be a Silver Amber Champagne. Her sire's base color is also Amber Champagne, but your foal's mane and tail are light because she inherited the silver gene from her dam.

I'm also new to the game
If you want to really get into the color genetics of the game, I would suggest looking at the guides listed at the top of the "What colour is my horse?" forum. When I started the game I had no idea that dilutions were a thing, and only knew the usual bay, chestnut, palomino, roan, dun, black, etc. Go through and look at all the base colors, and see what one cream does to each, and two creams, and a champagne, etc.
