Shetland colouring
Hi, I was wondering what colour this horse is, and why has he got a blueish green eye? Thanks.

"Silver Perlino"
Silver: The Silver gene shows on black, brown, or bay; it bleaches the forelock, mane, and tail to white.
Perlino: Two cream genes on bay. Results in very pale body coat, often with stockings/shading on muzzle/shading near eyes. Skin is pink and eyes are blue.

He's a standout; no wonder you chose him. With his size, he's eligible to compete in public shows in:
Driven Dressage, Harness Racing, In-Hand Jumping, Log Pull, Marathon Driving, or Obstacle Driving
Competition in those divisions can be challenging, especially at the higher levels -- if you have some time, training him would be a significant help.
