I think she may be something like a Mealy Chestnut Snowflake Blanket, but I honestly have no clue.

She's not mealy (Mealy turns the muzzle/area around the eyes and belly a lighter white-cream color)
She may be some sort of roan plus snowflake & blanket, She might even be flaxen. (Like Flaxen Roan with Snowflake & Blanket)

The description she has atm seems correct to me. (Flaxen Chestnut Snowflake Roan Blanket)
