I know, This post Is A small bit old. But I found this issue happens on browser Fire fox, and not so badly on browser Crome. On Crome a grey broken word "image" appears about the feet of affected horses.

Was this ever solved? I'm new, and it's happening to both my horses. And yes, I do use firefox.

Not that I'm aware of. You should check out the newbie guide, it has the links (and updated informational links) included as a quick-spot in them.Rex Summervine wrote:Was this ever solved? I'm new, and it's happening to both my horses. And yes, I do use firefox.

It still happens with me when I use Firefox so I guess not.
This is a signature... and it's a really good one too.

Re: Why is this happening?
Wanted to note: When I use Firefox on my Windows system, I still see the grey clouds. However, when I use Firefox on a Linux system I do not see them. Neither Firefox has any kind of ad blocker. (I also usually use Chrome, where I never see them.)Tom wrote:We are looking into it.

Re: Why is this happening?
It's a bug with how Firefox on Windows draws things. Larissa explained it in a post somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment.

Re: Why is this happening?
My links to the newbie guide in my post above has links to both instances of the odd occurrence, the original and the new one with the red smudge.
I had this same issue when I was on the other computer (running windows 10 and windows 7), but on this one (running Vista) I do not have the issue, all updated versions of firefox.
