You said how the mares' belly will grow when she is pregnant, is there any other sign of pregnancy?
Also before a mare gives birth her rump will go really soft, kinda like jelly, and her udder will get big. Will this be included in the game?

No guarantees yet but yes I'm working on a little feature where you'll get various warning signs that your mare might be having her foal soon. Just as in real life your mare could have her foal at any time of day, but usually she'll foal over night.
