I suggest the possible addition of two forums, Greenhorn and Showing.

Showing
What it might be:
A place to discuss showing & showing trends
A place to advertise shows
A place to request shows
A place to hold contests/challenges
Conformation shows

Greenhorn
What it might be:
A supportive learning environment
A place to hold giveaways and raffles
A place to share the newbie experience while you learn the in's and out's
[Finally got your first green? Accidentally re-homed your favorite? Can't wait to buy your first barn?]
Could also feature a Did you know? or Tip of the week article.
