Weekly/Monthly rankings

As it is now, the rankings for both horses and owners are counting all the points a horse/player has earned in total since the release of the rankings. This could lead to pretty much infinite high numbers of points and as long as one does not age your horse to become too old for competitions it could stay on top of the rankings forever.

While there can still be rankings for players/horses that have existed in the game the longest, it would be more inclusive for new players if there was a weekly or monthly ranking as well. This would make the rankings more competitive between the most active players in the game and also making place for new successful players who do not have the advantage of time on their side.
