Color ID help?

Post by ClockworkMelody »

hey!
I'm fairly new to the game, and I've been trying to identify the color of one of my horses. After looking at a few threads around here I believe the base coat to be some kind of champagne due to his freckling (amber champagne?) and perhaps some roaning on top of it. I'd love some help getting a better ID on the color though since I'm still a little unsure.

Nope, looks good to me. I agree with Amber Champagne Roan.

Also, I think your other horse is a Black pearl, not brown. They look pretty similar.

I agree with Devolare.
Also, to make your pony show up in the forums (and keep a picture in their pedigree for future generations), you can take a photo of them on the "gallery" tab next to "progeny" in their profile. :)

Fantastic! Thank you so much! I was split between the black and and brow pearl as well, so thank you for the clarification :)

Ooh, I was wondering how to get a picture of them! Thank you!
