How to get a new horse?

Started yesterday this game and I was wondering, what lvl you had to be to get a horse more? :)

Horse limits are based on training, not level. You can see your maximum horses under Player>Home. To increase this go to Player>Learning>Horse Ownership.

I recommend reading through these two topics from the guide section when you can:
Frequently Asked Questions & Getting Started
Extensive User Guide

They cover pretty much everything including training and how to use skill points to speed up courses.
