5* Rating Not Produced Breed

This horse has a 5* Navarrin rating and is WAB x Anglo Arab but hasn't turned out a Navarrin Horse...Am I missing something?

According to his pedigree, the mare is a Anglo-Arab x Forest Horse. The parents don't have to be 100% pure but can't have any other breeds than WAB or Anglo Arab listed as their breed.
