Hi, I'm looking for short studs under ten hands, will consider slightly taller, but must be under 13 hands.
Preferable characteristics:
Horse type, but lighter ponies are also excepted.
Positive stats for strength, stamina, agility, and intelligence.

Might not quite be what you're after but I have one stallion that has so far always given foals substantially shorter than himself (13hh) and the dam.
He is at least average for the stats listed, with no reds, and 62% horse type.
