This girl of mine has the most bizarre proportions and color palette
The mane… just wHy
And horses may already be a huge rumination boiler on four toothpicks wrapped with rubber bands for legs, but THIS?!?!? She’s got the build of a draft horse waddling around on those sticks
The most confusing thing is her parents are completely normal like, nothing weird at all but she’s somehow just… wrong
I shoulda named her fathead there is nothing feathery about her, in my defense though she looked completely normal at birth and just grew into this, thing
Maybe it was something she ate??
Yeah, I am lowkey roasting my horse but it is four am as I write this and my brain is delulu
Without further ado though, show me your weird horses!!!

Thank you very much!! They are bizarre. The Arab is not the most absurd, I have a 20.2hh Arab, but it’s the LeGs he looks like a daddy long legs XDRechalon wrote: ↑Thu Jul 03, 2025 4:37 pm I imagine this absurdly tall arabian may count
This Thoroughbred is also very strange looking.![]()
The thoroughbred looks fat kinda, and his rump is huge imo
Again, thank you, I am not the only one with bizarre horses I suppose, good luck with those too maybe they’ll have equally weird children

Out of all of my horses, this mare has to be one of the stranger ones I've had.
I think what throws me off is the butt on her almost looks like it's leaning up and out kind of like a slinky that won't go back to it's original shape.

Edit: Oh yeah, and both her parents looked normal as well sooo not sure what happened there.

Yes, I love her color as well! At the moment she doesn't have any children, but I did look back a little bit and found that she did have a full sister with the exact same parents who looks a bit more normal.UltimateHonse2 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 1:16 amHer rump is definitely, pronounced XDEmily_the_Equestrian wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 1:02 am Out of all of my horses, this mare has to be one of the stranger ones I've had.

That’s a beautiful color!! Looking through the family tree is quite fun! Even if the same horse appears an alarming amount of times lol

Ikr! At the time I think I was kind of obsessed with this one stallion, Maraschino Cherries. (If that's the one you are referring to showing up multiple times.) Of all the stallions on the market he had the best gp and markings.UltimateHonse2 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 3:29 amWow completely normal looking XDEmily_the_Equestrian wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 3:14 am

Ooh I’ll have to look him up!! I wasn’t referencing him exactly but unless a horse is very low gen they are usually very inbred. Some famous Arab stallions I’ve seen are Roman, who I have 1 or 2 foals from, he’s got like 50+ kids XD and Atticus too I think. My wonky mares dad is named Apollo and he’s got 70,000+ GP I think. There’s more than one high GP Apollo in the game and I once panicked because looking at a pregnant mare of mines details I saw Sire: Apollo and this mare is pregnant to Apollo and I panicked until I realized it was two different Apollos XDEmily_the_Equestrian wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 3:36 amIkr! If I remember correctly he had around 61K genetic potential, which for an Andalusian, was pretty high around that time and it still kind of is. I myself have just now managed to get my Andy stallions to that level. I've also have been working at getting higher evaluations out of my Andalusians, and am now seeing the results. All I can say is it's so rewarding seeing hard work put towards refining a smaller breed pay off!

Speaking of Atticus, I think I've even bred some of my horses to him. His lines are probably all over the place.
