Horse worth on HWO is a finicky thing. One day, they may be worth 1 million, the next, you may not be able to sell them for $1.

What increases worth is the following:
Meeting Grinder minimums
Confirmed competition ability (high WPS)
Competition prospect (foal from a confirmed competition line)
Training (50% or greater)
Down from a record holder (generally no more than 2 or 3 generations out, but people have different opinions on this)
Purebred, recipe breed & grade
Certain colors (entirely dependent on what someone is looking for)
High HGP paired with lower COI (think under 100% COI for this one)
Saturation of the market (of the same breed, think lower population = better price)
Length of time spent on your project (the longer you've dedicated to the project, the higher in value the horse is)
Any divergence that your horse has from others

That may not be a comprehensive list, however, it does cover most of the main ones.

From a very brief look at your horse, he has at least Grinder value, which generally means he can start at 10k as he stands. However... if somebody isn't looking for a grinder, that price might drop considerably and all because of what somebody is looking for. Likewise, if you find a buyer that's looking for this type of horse (color, HGP, etc.) his price might be much closer to 100k.
