Silvery Flaxen

Post by Shadow Scar »

Just looking for a bit of clarification on what's going on here. I know this line is chestnut with heavy sooty, however they seem to carry a silvery flaxen? Does anyone know what's actually causing this and if attempting to breed out the sooty would have a effect on the silver mane/tail?

Silverine has some additional information about this. It appears that silver could appear on chestnut horses. At the very least, this could be flaxen but it could also be something else.
