Thinking about selling... What would you offer?
Hello! I am thinking about selling my two (2) year old Quarter horse filly. If I was to sell her, what would be your best offer? Here she is: https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/4591603

Re: Thinking about selling... What would you offer?
She's decent looking. She's at least valued as a grinder-fodder horse, so you can get 10k for her right off the bat. Considering who's looking for a horse like her (that can change daily). Her parents are champions, but neither have any strong WPS in any of the disciplines, this hurts your sale price the most. One way to increase it (but it can also destroy it) is by finding her a good discipline and show she can get a WPS in the 70 percentile. She seems to be an excellent representation of Quarters. Her BR is relatively strong and overall she should be best for Western Trail and Working Ranch.Patriot's fun wrote: ↑Mon May 05, 2025 7:34 pm Hello! So if somebody is looking for those things, I could think they'd easily pay 50k and up for her. That being said, the market is very temperamental. One day you can sell a horse for a million, the next day, you can't give it away for $1.
If you advertise her correctly, you should be able to get somewhere between 20k and 75k for her, but there is no guarantees. Offering her as a potential grinder may be your fastest and most successful way to get her gone.
