Difficulty training my horses
I've got three Arabian youngstock - a colt and two fillies - and I'm struggling to train them. They are:
Flame (colt): https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/4534023
Rose Flame (filly): https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2573408
Night Eagle (filly): https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/2575675
Their training stats only increase slowly, and I'm wondering if I'm doing anything wrong.

How are your player skills? If you haven't studied the training courses, it is going to take you quite a long time to train your horses. Focus on Energy Saver and Stamina courses to begin with.Aquila wrote: ↑Sun Mar 02, 2025 4:58 pm I've got three Arabian youngstock - a colt and two fillies - and I'm struggling to train them. Also, when training your horse, focus on increasing its stamina first. Stamina dictates how much work a horse can do in a day. If it's low, your horse won't be able to do much and so won't get as many gains.

I've studied some of the courses (two speed, one stamina, three training techniques, one energy saver, and four basic horse management); how many times should I study any one course?Silverine wrote: ↑Mon Mar 03, 2025 12:36 pmHow are your player skills? I'm lunging my horses in walk for the maximum time possible; currently, it's 20 minutes per horse.
EDIT:
I've just completed a second stamina course.

Re: Difficulty training my horses
If you want to train quickly, you'll eventually need to study all of them. For now, focus on energy saver. Those will give you the most "bang for your buck" right now. Once those are done, focus on stamina until you get to the courses that take several hours/days to study. Then focus on the courses that can be finished while you're playing (whether that's just the 5 mins courses, or if you're on for an hour or two at a time), and set the other ones to be worked on while you're AFK.Aquila wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 4:31 pm

Thanks! I'll do a second energy saver course now or tomorrow. I can often be on for an hour or so, but it varies.Silverine wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 7:17 pmIf you want to train quickly, you'll eventually need to study all of them. For now, focus on energy saver. How do I know when I've studied enough courses? Do I study a set number of each course, or not?Silverine wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 7:17 pmIf you want to train quickly, you'll eventually need to study all of them. For now, focus on energy saver. Re: Difficulty training my horses
For energy saver, just finish all of them. For the others, it varies. You want as much stamina boost as possible, so if you have the time for a stamina course, go for that. But if it's one of the courses that's going to take 12+ hours or something like that, focus on something that takes less time. Eventually you want them all to be done. There are like 15 courses per stat and 10 for energy saver. So it's going to take quite a while, but is definitely worth it.
Oh! And don't forget that you can pause a course. So if you're studying a stat skill and you want to do an ownership skill you can pause the stat skill to do the ownership one and then resume the stat one from where you left off. Or same thing if you just want to do a skill that takes less time during a period when you know you'll be around - start the long one when you leave the game, pause it when you get back to do a shorter one, and then restart it when the shorter one is over.
