Stamina Training

I have a question about stamina training. I upgraded my stamina in skills to the max, and I don't see any progress/effect when training stamina. I can only train around like.50 stamina before energy runs out on younger horses. Trying to knock out stamina first as I've heard training stamina first makes the whole training process go quicker. It does. but you won't really SEE much change overall for each session. However, you will train the horse faster in the time used.
But training in stamina will still take about 80% of the entire training still.

If you first trained a horse fully, using 6+ years of a horse's lifetime, maxing out your stamina skill will shorten that full training time to about 4-5 years. Maxing out time saver will shorten that time to about 4 years. Maxing out the rest will increase your shortened time... eh... decrease your shortened time. With everything maxed out, you should be training in about 2 years, 6 months or less. This is assuming no account upgrades and that you're still on Normal play mode, not competitor or breeding. And also, training a horse to at least 90% in stamina first (no matter your stamina choice, there are a few options for stamina).
