Competition Problems

I am having an issue entering my horses in competitions. I have tried the new layout as well as still no luck. I tried entering them in level 10 and there are comps in level 10 but it won't let me enter them.

yes. I saw that, but not that one in particular. Its just in general. Maybe I need to pay more attention
