AC Update, Farm Zoom Update, Renderer Bug Fixes

• fixed issue with weird coats in AC by modifying re-roll code for stale coats
• disabled caching of AC coat genetics to prevent issues with re-rolling stale coats and old genetics
• re-enabled re-rolling of stale AC coats when a horse is not adopted after X hours (standard is 12 hours)
• fixed code in renderer for purging cloudflare cache of AC coats being re-rolled
• modified code for grey manes and tails on horses (tails can now grey at a different rate from manes, and manes can now grey properly)
• modified code for randomly selecting genetics in AC horses to improve variety of selected genetics
• modified AC adoption cost calculation to handle multiple price levels depending on breed multiplier
• modified how breeds are selected for appearance in the AC to enable new breeds to be added
• updated AC layout to include additional information about the breed, and to improve the usability of the AC on multiple screen sizes
• renamed "extinct date" to "status" in breed details in both AC and breed wiki
• modified horse area zooming so each area (farm, pasture, barn, adoption centre) now has their own independent zoom level
• increase the zoom range in both IN/OUT directions to allow for greater choice in zoom levels
• added option to change how many horses are presented to you in the adoption centre
