Buying "bad" horses (29,000 HGP or less)

As the title says I am looking for horses of any breed that has a genetic potential of 29,000 or less.
I have been trying to finish the quest for breeding a horse with less than 10,000 HGP and it is a struggle to pass even below 10,300 with the current bloodline I have.
I am trying to start over and create a second bloodline of horses with low HGP to hopefully get more variation into the existing bloodline.
As far as I know all currently existing horses with HGP around 10,000-15,000 all trace back to the same bloodline, which I am struggling to get below that 10,000 HGP with.

I am willing to pay good for the right horses if they seem to have the potential of producing foals with lower HGP and red comments.
I am also specifically interested in horses with bad agility and balance, since these two skills are not low enough in my current bloodline.

I have been working on this too! IDK if my lines trace back to the existing bloodline, but I'm going to have some new foals pop soon if you would be interested. I'm currently sitting around 13k for mares and 14k for stallions, although, I have also struggled with maintaining negative comments for agility and balance. Just finally produced a colt with four reds though.

Hello! I've done a lot of work towards this goal a while back, but decided ultimately to just not continue because I didn't find it any fun so I have been considering rehoming my stock as I need the space on my holding account. I am in the same situation, that I think what I'd need is to mix in new blood, but I have concluded that I don't find the quest reward to be worth it. If you want the whole lot of these guys, you're welcome to place a collective bid for the whole herd.

Sure thing! I put the first two up. I'm terrible at pricing though to be fair, is 10k per horse reasonable? So 60k for the ones you listed. They may be absolute garbage i nevery aspect but it took some work to get them this garbage
