ISO Seal Brown Arabian Mare (or Stud!)

I am looking for an Arabian mare with the following features:

• Seal Brown
  I would also consider bay if they meet my other requests. Bonus if you have "proven" that she does not carry chestnut or black!

• Short Neck
  Anything shorter than medium is good, though I also wouldn't mind medium length.

• Sloped Shoulder
  The more sloped the better!

• Short
  Preferably under 14hh — the shorter the better! Under standard is definitely acceptable.

• Long, Medium-Thick Mane
  I will also accept medium length mane.

• Adoption Center Stock
  While I prefer something from the adoption center, it's not a hard line. Bred by horses get bonus points for having ancestors that are all still alive and low COI (e.g., under 20%).

The most important aspect for me is color, though I'll be willing to pay more for a horse that meet all these criteria. I also don't mind if the mare is on the older side. I would be happy to keep the name/description untouched if it's important to you (just let me know before purchase). The stats/HGP don't need to be anything exceptional.

I'm also okay with "leasing" a mare for a breeding season or two if you have a mare that meets these criteria but don't want to part with her permanently. If that's the case, just let me know and we'll discuss terms.

I am willing to pay about $10,000 (negotiable) for a horse that meets all the above criteria. If you have a seal brown mare you're willing to part with that doesn't meet everything, please still feel free to offer her up for consideration and the price you're willing to part with her for.

EDIT: To broaden my chances of finding a horse with these characteristics, I would also be happy to find a stud meeting this criteria!
