I'm not sure if it's always been this way, but I was training a horse and just realized it's possible to train to 100% Stamina now? Likely 100% in all stats. Too lazy to include screenshots but here's his link https://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/4199454
Also, the percentage displayed goes into the hundredths place now (for instance, instead of 99.1% in a stat, it could say 99.15%). So yay, we can finally have maxed out horses when training!
