Limited money making? (art)

Hello! I have played for a little while now but I'm still struggling to make a good amount of money. My main question is: Are we allowed to sell art in game for HWO currency?(and if so what are the rules). I seen there is contests, But also don't see a specific forum here for artists like there is on discord.
