Increase horse capacity not working

I've done the increase horse capacity twice now (1 hr and a half and 1hr 45mins, its acting like i got the space and allowing me to do the next level but doesnt give me the space it says) and neither of them have applied the bonus 2 horses when I click finish course. Buuut it takes my coins and does the entire wait time, so I don't know what's up lol. Is there a way to fix this?

The courses let you own more horses, but they do not increase the capacity of your pastures. You have to add more pastures to your farm for that.
