Comps not running?

Is there a way to get comps running? Theres a ton stuck at 3-4 entries, lower levels, and only one entry per handler. Is there a point that changes to multiple horses per handler? Or is it just a waiting game? Will they be forced to run eventually?

If they're the "one horse per handler" comps, they are in fact stuck until more people enter. often if you need help running things you can make a forum post in general chat and get enough attention that someone will step in and help.
